Table Style
Table rows should have banding, the alternating "zebra stripe" pattern, to make rows more readable to users.
Table column headers should generally be left-aligned for easier scanning and reading.
Sortable columns should include a clickable icon next to the column heading with both up and down arrows that toggle for sorting the data in ascending and descending order.
Text in tables should generally be left-aligned for easier reading. Exceptions are numerals, which should text-right or decimal (particularly currency numerals), and single characters such as check marks, single digits, and icons which should be center-aligned. For narrow vertical tables and on mobile the axis will change and all content will right align.
